Diseases of the mammary gland are an “occupational disease” of dairy cows, generating significant losses in dairy cattle farms. In the light of the current regulations and the growing social pressure aimed at limiting the use of antibiotics in the treatment of animals, it is necessary to look for alternative therapeutic solutions
mastitis.
